If I could give less than 1, I would!!!! Worst customer service ever!!

Made online reservation for uhaul 1 week before we moved. Showed up the morning of the move to pick up the truck, and they told us that they didn't have the truck I reserved. The employees are grossly incompetent. To fix the problem, they offered us a truck at 6 pm and needed it to be returned by that night. Absolutely worst uhaul experience. Don't go here to make your move. Save time and frustration by going somewhere else.

I received a dolly with my uhaul rental that was damaged/cracked but still worked so I assumed them renting this to me meant they were aware of the damage being it was still usable. Well p*** poor on my part for not letting them know. They charged me an extra $75 for damages I didn't do! I'm upset but unfortunately there's nothing I can do. They need to be more thorough when inspecting especially BEFORE renting out damaged items! Now I have to pay for someone else's damage. Lesson learned!!!

Was earning a 5 star review until someone CUT MY DAM|| LOCK OFF. NO NOTIFICATION VIA EMAIL, TEXT OR EVEN THE WEBSITE WHERE I PAY RENT. i pay my unit a week in advance for nothing? Guess i gotta go buy a $400 cordless angle grinder now?????????????

Disgusting customer service! Will never be back to this location! Luckily corporate fixed it or I wouldn’t even use this company again! I reserved a truck days ahead and they decide to call me on my way to pick up to say they don’t have it when I had already hired movers off their site also. This place made my out of state move so miserable I’m not even excited for a new start anymore. I don’t think these people should be allowed to represent the uhaul brand, this is a highly trusted company and these people are dragging their name down! I should have known not to trust this location days before when I was struggling bringing a bundle of boxes in my car and the employee just stared at me and sat on his big @@@, he should have offered a cart or assistance. Thanks for nothing at all jerks!
