U-Haul Moving & Storage of Huber Heights

The staff was courteous and knowledgeable,it’s just the truck I was rented ran and sounded as if it could just break down at any second,and at one point battery wouldn’t turn over the engine,I had to jump it.and that’s a lot to deal with when it cost me well over $400 to rent it for 3 days and put 200 miles on it.

I've been to plenty of U-Hauls......this one in Huber Heights Ohio on Brandt Pike was the best of the best!!! Very clean, plenty of space for everything. Staff was top notch, friendly and extremely helpful! 10 out of 10

Closet sized unit keep raising prices now over 100 a month for a unit you could not lay down in if your over 4 foot tall. Ridiculous BS. Moving my stuff ASAP I can get a unit twice the size same security indoor elsewhere nearly half the price. Don't waste your time.

Service was disappointing at best. Put an online reservation the day before for a 20’ truck. Arrived and they didn’t have the truck, nor did they have a smaller or larger truck, essentially nothing they could do at their location and had to go another one. The representative struggled to even find my reservation like it didn’t exist until I gave the confirmation number. Would have been nice if they could have called saying the truck wasn’t available as I passed other Uhauls with stock on my way to this one.

Went to the one on Harshman (one I passed already) Rd. Dropped the truck off when it was raining and claimed it needed cleaned because of mud and there was a charge. It’s literally dirty from the road splatter.

Just one of those situations where it’ll be a last time U-Haul is used
