U-Haul Moving & Storage of Hyde Park-Milton

The experience was ok and the sales person was nice. The only 2 complaints for me and my significant other was the long walk from Hyde Park Avenue over the bridge was bad on my knees, the cargo truck jerked somewhat but that's what bothered me most but my significant other said just drive. For him it was the wrong price they quoted and gave him another deal not what we asked for so his account was charged twice and when we returned it the guy told him come back Sunday the supervisor would clear it. But as usual majority of men don't listen to their other half and he wind up walking that bridge by himself to correct Monday or Tuesday. It's essential that both parties on the same accord even if you have to repeat yourself twice. We rented cargo van $19.99 with $1.50 per miles something like that and I made sure the gas was over amount that was given. I wasn't compensated the gas that was over amount that was less than a half amount uhaul gave me. My experience if you don't have car or live in area don't go to far out of the way.

The person who work here is very impatient when explaining everything and give us the wrong car. We booked for 15’ truck, he instead gave us 26’ that we weren’t even able to drive. When I book this, we registered for a full day 24 hrs from 2pm and he told us to return at 9 am. I felt scammed!!!

Truck was easy to use, appointment was easy to book and the person who checked me in helped me easily extend my rental.
