Worst storage decision you can make. Only use if you absolutely must. I got stuck here when I rented a trailer from them and all the lights on the trailer were broken so I had to rent a storage from them. I even took my truck to an auto place and they said all my electrical was fine. It’s a nice newer truck. No customer parking at all. They said people Uber here. Employees have horrible customer service probably because they are struggling to get by. Their tone when dealing with customers is as bad as it gets. It’s a 20 minute wait for everything as they walk around doing some type of admin task. The storage is about two blocks from the office and there is no loading and unloading area for renters. You have to put emergency lights on and illegal park on red to access your unit. Only one vehicle at a time. They are also over two times expensive than other options in the area. Only reason I didn’t give them one star is the storage will work in an emergency situation where you have no ability to get to any other storage facility.

Top tier from costumer service to the gentleman handing the truck over to me to the Manager interacting to make sure I knew exactly how to handle the truck to him checking the tire pressure to tightening up the side mirrors for safety. He felt like a BIG BROTHER!
