I came in to rent a 15 ft truck and at the last minute my son said, ? I think we need a bigger truck so I had to ask if it was possible for them to get me a larger truck and they said sure no problem. From the time I walked into the store until the time we returned the truck I've had nothing but good experience and will be returning to them in the future ❤️❤️

Much better experience returning the rental then purchasing I'm still overdrafted 264. Do to a mistake uhaul made this is put a damper on my traveling plans seeing how I had to borrow cash since my account was overdrafted due to employee negligence...
