Can't remember the young ladies name , but she had excellent customer service skills .

Overall the truck and customer service was great at this location. The only thing I noticed is that only two people were working the desk and it caused a bit of a line, especially when one of the associates went on lunch. I would recommend having additional staff/associate’s on hand to help if the line gets too busy. However it wasn’t a huge deal for us and the wait wasn’t long at all. We would recommend this location and come back again when needed.

I walked in, I was told everything I needed to know and had all my questions answered! I was only a little dejected when I realized that the hand truck wasn’t already in the vehicle or near it, and I forgot to grab it/look into it.

Not their fault, just something to note. Will be moving with U-haul again!
