Shannon and her team are attentive, professional and as efficient as possible for such a high volume of business for a small team. Move in and move out, rentals were all very easy. They make sure you understand all the terms and conditions and what services/spaces will best serve you. We will always recommend this location!

I didn't like anything about my experience. It was never explained that the truck was expected to be returned to the rental location I got it from. I had mentioned I was going to need 50 miles to drive the truck 45 miles away, which would imply I had intended to drop it off at another location. The employee never asked if I needed a one way rental and as this was my first time renting a U-Haul, I was unaware that needed to be specified. Because of this, I was charged for an extra day's rental, an extra 50 miles of travel, an extra $30 in gas to get the U-Haul back to the location it was rented from and 3 hours out of my and my wife's day (plus gas) that were wasted getting it back and then driving back to my new home. I tried calling U-Haul corporate the morning we returned it to get the drop-off location changed and pay the extra charge for a one-way rental, but I was told that was not possible. Overall, this was a terrible experience and I would rather buy my own trailer to use in the future than spend another dime on a U-Haul.

Amis was outstanding, really friendly n professional.. Because she double checks her work she saved me from almost getting charged for something that I did not order. She was truly a blessing because of her that's why I will go back. I live in Taylor but they weren't willing to go above and beyond like she was and I think her for that and she should be rewarded for her service!

Upon entering the store, I was standing directly in front of the rep it took him a minute to even acknowledge me. I had a reservation connected to a credit card and I inquired about changing the type of truck and he says 'you'll need a credit card for that' why would he assume I didn't have a credit card. Usually the truck is pulled up to the front of the store. The rep sent me outside and said the truck is corner of the building. It was not, I had to hit the key fob and find the truck. It was not where he said it was. I should not have to search for the truck. Lastly when I brought it back there is usually someone checking trucks in outside. There was not so I went in and the same rep from earlier tells me there is someone outside to help me and I let him know there was not. Worst experience ever to get a truck. I rent Uhauls at least 6 times a year. I may need to rethink that.
