Great employees, great price and always fully stocked. Best U-Haul spot in NYC. I was promised $5 for this review, hope I get my $5 lol. JUST JOKING. Love to shop here for boxes, tapes, etc.

The CSR(the young Man)was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and a 'people person'. He acted above his duties and I really appreciated that. Just so that we have no misunderstandings or confusion, the young man checked me in at 10:45am on Feb. 19, 2025. I didn't get his name. I want to give him this credit. Thanks U-haul!

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for Shelest at your Inwood location. Her professionalism, patience, and helpfulness truly stand out, and she is undoubtedly one of the most knowledgeable team members I’ve encountered.

Whenever I’ve had an issue or needed assistance, Shelest has always gone above and beyond to ensure that the problem is resolved, often following up to ensure complete satisfaction. Even when I’ve reached out with a concern, she’s been quick to return my call and provide effective solutions.

On each visit to the location, I’ve consistently observed Shelest’s dedication and commitment to providing outstanding service. In fact, I’ve yet to meet the store manager, Cleopatra, but Shelest’s consistency in offering excellent customer service has left a lasting positive impression. I’ve also watched her interact with other customers, and it’s clear she’s an invaluable asset to your team.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to acknowledge Shelest for her hard work and dedication. She certainly deserves recognition for her contribution to the U-Haul team.
