I rented a small enclosed trailer. It pulled so horrible on my truck I didn't go pick up what I wanted to get. I rerouted back to my house and just brought it back first thing the next morning. My truck is new, as is my hitch, and I bought a hitch stabilizer to try and fix it. The trailer had such a worn out hitch that it wouldn't fit right and snug on the ball. Unless an employee would be willing to go on a short drive I couldn't prove it to them. They could see everything on my end was new and I used the right sized ball. Knowing how it could look to them I didn't ask for my money back or get all angry. I simply told them about do that hopefully they'd fix it before screwing over the next person. The lady bold faced lied to me and said that when I shook it she seen my hitch wobbling and that was a problem. She lied even though I wasn't even asking for my money back. They are cons, don't use this business!
