The worst customer service ever!! The lady who is “manager” is rude and mean and doesn’t know how to communicate! They will charge you extra for nothing and put some fees just so you pay more! Never again using their service. I wish I can give -100

Review:
We had rented 2 U-Boxes for a gap between our lease ending and a new one starting, as well as a truck rental for pulling everything out of the boxes after. After coming in and having a mix-up over the phone which led us to not have access to our boxes the first day we needed them, Rachel (Manager?) Helped us set up access for the next day and even reimbursed us a bit on a new truck rental the day after.
Overall had a great experience and just had to leave a review!
(Thank you for being LGBT+ safe/inclusive, I didn't expect the kindness on a busy day!)
