DISHONEST! AVOID THIS LOCATION.

The workers are extremely rude and they learn it from their manager, John.

I reserved a trailer on Wednesday and received an email stating it was due back Friday. I returned the trailer on Friday and was charged for returning it 2 days late. Apparently the contract they print out states it was due the Thursday. The worker, Jayce G. told me that he doesn’t care what my reservation says. When I asked for the manager he told me he wasn’t here and when I asked for his name he said “Jayce, you better remember it.”

I contact Uhaul customer service who told me the trailer was actually due Saturday. The contract says Thursday, my reservation says Friday, and the uhaul rep says Saturday.

I attempted to contact the manager and after 6 days of no response, I attempted again was told “you’ve submitted a complaint, what more do you want from me, the charges are legit.”

STAY AWAY.

I see this is not the only occurrence of negative interactions with the manager. Please contact Uhaul customer service at 1-800-468-4285 if you’ve had negative interactions or have been scammed by him or this location. They will note it and hopefully something will change.

Worst attitude I have ever seen at any bussiness. Every time I go to that place, I went 3 times, they treated us bad as if they hated working there. I really wish I do not have to go back to that place again
