You could certainly stand to learn a thing or two from your grandson Gavin, or the beautiful soul working the desk this afternoon who helped explain a situation, that you were willing to escalate for no other reason other than because we struggled to pay our rent the last 4 years. We didn’t miss every payment, just the ones during our homelessness. Which is no longer, by the way! ???Today I paid your business $1k by grace of Theresa, saving us multiple times and your abundantly kind staff. You have no idea the amount of resilience we have due to our past circumstances. Our family thanks you for allowing us to remove our belongings at half of our balance- but maybe next time your grandson offers an already overwhelmed customer, a couple days to move 2 storage units out- perhaps you could practice the same amount of grace in the areas the rest of your amazing employees do. By the way- we got it done! Started at 11am and we were out by 8pm. I borrowed a broom from the store floor, both units are swept and left exactly the way we found them, but I was unable to locate a dust pan or a garbage can, my apologies. There is a small dirt pile in the hallway. Nothing like the heaping pile we found sitting in front of ours when we got there!? Tenants can be frustrating. I get it. That’s why we took the additional time to remove someone else’s garbage from in front of our unit before we even unlocked ours. You’re welcome.

It’s all about giving each other grace, Mr Collins. I forgive you, but treat people better. Not everyone you meet is the same.
