I've rented trailers here many times. Usual without a problem. This last time though big problem. I dropped off a trailer I rent, same way I've always done in the past. Evidently they must have missed it during the morning check that the manager claims they do. For some reason I decided to take a picture of the trailer when I dropped it off. Evidently that's not enough proof for them. Really hate the hassle I gotta deal with when they messed up

Please don't rent here. Your safety is NOT their top priority. John will avoid you at all costs, gaslight you when you finally get a hold of him, turn you away, and refuse to call you back. On top of this John will sacrifice your safety by refusing to get a dangerous vehicle PROPERLY looked at by a professional; not some dude in a pick up truck who smokes cigarettes in the cab of the uHaul. I agree with what someone else said here; their roadside assistance is a joke!!! John emailed my wife today telling her others have been driving this rental. We are worried sick for those people!!!
DC 3959 G should be OUT OF COMMISSION. DO NOT DRIVE THIS RENTAL.
