John Collier had a horrible attitude at check in and check out. He told me to bring the equipment back at 5pm. I brought the trailer back at noon thinking I was early. The paperwork did say 7am, he told me 5pm, I thought I had until 5pm. Instead of explaining the situation in an adult manner he says, 'I should have paid attention to the paperwork.' He then proceeds to have a shouting match with me, I had to walk away to defuse the situation. He is the professional, he should have said to be back at 7am not 5pm. The young lady that checked me out was pleasant and understanding, I didn't catch her name. I will not recommend this location to a friend. I'm not sure if John is racist or if he was having a bad couple of days but I would not want a friend or a loved one to have to deal with John Collier.

Don’t rent from them at all! Find a different company that cares about your safety! They gave me a vehicle that sounded like it was going to blow up as we drove. Then when I reported it they told me they were sending a tow truck. 4 hours later and a man in a pickup truck coming SPEEDING in and almost hits me and smoking a cigarette in the truck! He kept the truck in park revved the engine and said it was safe. Never took it for a drive, didn’t run codes, didn’t even pop the hood to look in it. So I had to drive it BACK on the highway where the unloaded truck still couldn’t get to 55 mph. And after all that they decided risking my life wasn’t enough and charged me over double my estimated cost. And even on the phone they wouldn’t tell me why it was that much. Worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life, do not waste your money or time with this company.
UPDATE: I rented my truck Saturday and had a case opened and was told a manger would be in contact with me within 3 days. I’m on day 4 and still not a word for the manager. There has been three separate occasions where an employee left my name and number on his desk so he would call me first thing when he got in. 4 days and there has been not a single attempt to reach out to me. I will continue to call every day till he finally responds.

I have used this place 3 times just do to a lack of competitors, but I really don’t like it. I have never had a smooth transaction. I have always waited in lines forever. So this time I figured I would try the app to do a pickup, It’s supposed to make it where you just walk in and get the key and you’re done. Well, that didn’t happen. Truck wasn’t cleaned and ready for me when I was there. I am convinced that there is no such thing as a smooth transaction here.

Rented a truck to move and it broke down and the road side assistance is a joke!!!!!

U-haul has always been my go to place for moving trucks. My entire family goes to them. On this day, sister need a little truck or van, with me driving it. We told the man at the counter we needed something that has at least 3 seats, as I had a child car seat to strap in. Sister was paying in cash. We decided on the van in hopes there'd be a place to strap my nephews car seat in. The man said we can't have cargo
van unless we have a bank account and used debit/credit card. We both do in fact. But sisters money wasn't in bank. She had it all on her. So, instead of being given what we was looking for, the man gave us one of the small closed in trucks. No place to strap a kid carseat
