Rent a Trailer for the weekend and Reserved it with a credit card yet they loaned it out because I didn’t get a phone call when they said they did worst service I’ve ever dealt with try going anywhere else but here if you need anything

2.8 stars in too generous. The phone tree is a real mind-bend and it's clear that have no interest in answering a question over the phone. I shall go elsewhere. Well done, Uhaul on Milwaukee st.

A week ago we rented a unit and told them that we’d take it. They put us in their computer along with our cc info. We called to double check the unit was ready and to insure them that we wanted it for the 17th. We went to our unit and they rented it out from under us claiming it was a computer problem and there was nothing they could do. We had to take a smaller unit that would store about half of what we needed stored. But they were nice enough to put us on a waiting list. Apparently their idea of reservations and mine are different.
