Moving always sucks but u haul made it easier and inexpensive I had to haul stuff to landfill got it all in on one load and got it all the moving done in a half a day

It was the staff that really made the experience nice. They were very efficient, accommodating and friendly. I'm not sure of their names but I picked up on Sunday morning July 14th at the Milwaukee St Janesville WI location. The trailer I initially ordered turned out to be too small when I got it home and my son saw it. We brought it back and exchanged it for a larger enclosed truck. They were so good about helping us with that. It was really appreciated on what was a stressful day.

We needed a 6'x12' trailer with a ramp to load a motor trike on to it. I was able to schedule a pick up through a third party and his name was Gerard. He was so professional and friendly. He confirmed what we needed and walked me through the process. I was able to pick this up in Janesville, we were on time and the young lady that helped us with the paperwork was very friendly. She took us to the trailer, took her pictures and helped load it up. We forgot a piece in which she found one and let us use it for no extra charge. When we returned it, a young man came right out to help us unload it, take his pictures and we were able to leave. I didn't have to back in the trailer, which is a good thing because I suck at it. This UHaul center was just fantastic.
