Appointment was made to have wiring fixed for a hitch. Brought vehicle and they had the wrong date for appointment and kept vehicle overnight to work on next day. Returned the next day to find out what was going on as NO one answers the phone!!!!The call went through to corporate who then said they called the store several times with no answer. She proceeded to say that 'they are told not to answer the phone so it goes straight to corporate for all scheduling. ' So in order to find out about your vehicle we had to drive from out of town for an update or to see if it was even done.

The girls were awesome. Quick, convenient, above and beyond. They made my first experience a breeze. The price will keep me coming back.

I don’t usually share about my experience due to the fact a lot of times people could be having a good or bad day, but this location has some of the best employees I’ve seen in a long time as a business owner. You don’t see a lot of people like this that go above and beyond to help you, thanks good for the good service. I’ll be sure to come back if I need you in the future five stars plus

I can't get the review to work on the Uhaul page so I wanted to come here. I tell you the crew here were my saving grace on Friday March 29th! I had been left high and dry by Budget in Janesville after I had made a reservation with them and I had drove from Rockford. I got online and started to scramble looking for alternatives. We are moving to Tulsa and had to be out of Rockford and on the road. U-Hual was having system issues but that didn't stop them! They went above and beyond to help!
