Always a great value when it comes to moving trucks however we asked for them to make us a reservation where we were picking up in Prince George and dropping off and another location and the gentleman didn’t listen. He made drop off back in Prince George so we had to drive all the way back from Richmond to return it otherwise there would be an extra fee.

Tow dolly equipment that they refused to refunded back money because tow dolly was small, because our truck is large which can’t fit to tow dolly. So same day, we wanted refund, they won’t refund.
They are ripping off your money. I am not satisfying with these service. Don’t service them anymore. They wanted your money be ripped off.

The service was excellent! I dealt with two young men and they was very accommodating and pleasant they went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience, thank you so much for all your help ! I was dealing with a major crisis and their customer service help lighten up the weight ??

All the staff was curious and friendly and helpful when ever I need something. A women there don't remember her name I was working on my storage unit straighting it up she brought me and my dog a bottle of water she is a hero in my book. Thank you Milton Gray
