The customer service was amazing. Both Luke and Robin took great care of me in making sure I was squared away with everything I needed. Luke especially, taught me techniques that will last a life time. I couldn’t ask for any improvement from them.

Hi! Beware of these scammers. They can and will charge hundreds of dollars 7 months after an incident that you disputed with proof. And they will tell you there’s nothing they can do to rectify it despite your proof. They sent a tow truck and didn’t tell me it wasn’t covered under the service agreement. They then billed my $415 for the tow and said I got two wheels stuck in a ditch (my pictures show this is untrue) and that I damaged the truck because the bib hit the pavement (my pictures show this is untrue). Reopen the dispute, and they copy and pasted the initial “explanation” even though my evidence disproves it. Scammers.

Luke was amazing! Soon as I walked in I was greeted and taking care of in a profient highly professional manner. Luke delivered excellent customer service and made this a quick and fun experience. I'm sending all my friends and family his way.
