Friendly staff I would visit there again.

Bought a tv box at the store at 1:15 pm today upon entering the store It smelled like weed customer service was not existent as both reps were in the building and on the clock 1 rep was working with a customer and the other was sitting in a chair and refused to acknowledge the fact that I was still standing. I will not be using this store still in the future and hope that customer service will be better in the future this is unacceptable and unprofessional of this company.

My property is ruined with mold and mildew. I'm heartbroken. I was told it was safe and dry.

0 stars. They charged me for gas saying I did not put any in it when I had filled it up to the same point as when I rented it. They refuse to refund the money. Please pick any other u-haul location than this one!
