Mia and Dana were extremely helpful and very friendly. We were in a difficult situation because our original equipment choice (tow behind trailer) was not the right size because I had underestimated the volume of the items to be moved. They helped us immensely with swapping out our rental to a 10’ truck in a very short time. THANK YOU FOR GREAT SERVICE !

when I arrived to rent a truck, both persons at the counter were on the phone and didn't both acknowledge me. I waited more than 10 minutes and was ready to leave hen one finally acknowledged my presence. I wanted a smaller truck but supposedly none were available and had to go to a bigger one and of course, more money. they never went out to the vehicle with me to inspect or anything - just handed me the keys. I had the truck for about 36 hours and every time I attempted to start it - nothing happened. Eventually, it would start. I was afraid to shut it off, for fear it would leave me stranded with a truckful of furniture - which used more gas and cost to me, as well. When I returned the truck, almost same situation at the desk. I attempted to tell them about the starting issue and was told, 'yeah we know.'

Ok, so you willingly rent a truck you know has issues!!!!
Customer service lacks in professionalism & respect

I will go to a different U-Haul location next time I'm in need.

Make sure you keep the same staff they were polite professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smooth and easy thank you J.c . U-Haul.!!!
