The unit is very clean, but the staff is not friendly and I always had extra fees added to my bill and they can't explain what they were

Review:

I was told I would have a street level unit. When I checked in I was assigned a second level unit which was ok until we arrived and found that THE ELEVATOR DOES NOT WORK. The people working there seemed completely indifferent to this issue.
DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY.
