I returned the truck a day prior to the return date but after operation hours. Therefore, I called the U-Haul number and spoke to Katelynn who was very helpful and transferred me to an amazing young lady by the name of Joyah. Joyah patiently walked me through the entire process. She is extremely knowledgeable and guided me through the return procedure. The return process was a bit time consuming because I am not technologically savvy. This entire experience was very pleasant and much easier than I anticipated.
You cannot do anything else to improve this process...you guys have a great system so DON'T CHANGE A THING! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
