U-Haul Moving & Storage of Jonesboro at Flint River Rd

The staff is lazy. I had to load my own dolly. The gas hand wasn't correct. There was trash in the cup holder. I have used you hall several times. Unprofessional and lazy. I'm used my the truck having everything inside it. They check the truck, odometer, and gas with you. She didn't want to get up out ofthe chair at all. Customer service was not seen. This was the general manager, her tone, & demeanor were poor. I really felt like she wanted me to just leave her alone.

Customer service was with stern-looking unhappy face with an irritable attitude.
The truck was old rickety, tires out of alignment, and wobbling with heavy vibrations when in motion. Steering wheel was so tight to make a turn appropriately.. It was an overall bad experience.

Went to pick up young lady was quiet and not really happy. She spent her time outside after checking us out with the van cleaner. Return at 5pm I called to ask if they could wait 10 minutes to ensure we returned appropriately, she said no you can use the app. Got there The close sign was up but the young lady was still in the store. She walked out 15 minutes after we arrived and said nothing. I had issues adding my return pictures as the app kept freezing. I texted the number on the door and no response. I understand you monopolize the market but there is more needed regarding customer service.
