U-Haul Moving & Storage of Jonesboro at Flint River Rd

Service was good, dealing with the employees there were no issues, and they were very helpful and friendly, especially the manager she extended herself to me I truly appreciate her for that. The only thing is each time (about 3 times since i moved in) I went to the location, my gate code wouldn't work and I would have to go into the office to see what code to use to get to my unit.

It is a kiosk location and assumed it was open 24/7, but closes at 9. Nothing notified of this. Loaded my items to be put in storage and elevator was shut down.

They do their job well I have no complaints
