I had a very unpleasant experience here today. The woman at the desk, Lindy, was atrocious! What I saw was a small child throwing a temper tantrum. Slamming drawers and huffing and puffing and making literally EVERYONE, other employees and customers, in the room feel uncomfortable. Chad was helping another customer and was told to abandon his customer to help me which I thought was super unfair to the customer ahead of me. Long story short Chad was treated horribly by this Lindy woman for doing his job. I felt bad for him but he really kept cool under fire. Had she spoken to me like that I would not have been able to keep chill like he did. Bravo brother! That woman needs to be more than reprimanded for that behavior! I almost walked out because she was so horrible. Total Delores Umbridge for those potterheads out there.
Also, I brought the trailer back I'm renting to help get it a little cleaner there was some grease and sawdust on the floor still and Chad came out and no questions asked, got all of it cleaned up right away. I spoke to him briefly and told him I felt bad for the way he was treated today by that crazy lady I and told him I would leave a review noting his patience and keeping calm under fire. Keep up the great work Chad! Don't ever let her get to you!
Most of the other times I've been in there have been very good experiences with Sherry. I give 1 star for what happened to today with that lady and not on any other employees.
