U-Haul Moving & Storage of Kalamazoo

It’s a shame every time I try to refill propane at this location the employees act like it’s huge task and would never want to do it. This is bad for the business and as a small business owner we depend on propane a lot but it’s almost impossible to get it done at this location. Always excuses like it’s too early, the person doing it is not on duty, come back in 30 minutes or some stupid excuse . Shameful …

It's ridiculous service I'm coming and I need to the gas propane and the guy he don't want to fill it my containers no One walking outside simple he don't tell me coming back tomorrow

People are nice but the truck was in bad shape, pulled to the left really bad the exhaust was broken. And the radio didn't work.And when it did work it kept shutting on and off. and they charged me 30 dollars for gas when I was only paper thin away from half tank

The staff were very helpful and kind. They were really busy but they made time to help me out and even allowed me to not get a punishment for not returning on time due to bad weather

The guy behind the counter was very friendly and efficient. After a bad experience at another location it was refreshing to deal with someone professional.
