U-Haul Moving & Storage of Kalamazoo

FYI……if your an older person and buy 3 bundles of boxes and struggling to get them in your car, DO NOT expect any help from the staff. They could give 2 shits less.
Never again. This was my first and last experience with the lazy people.

Wasn’t told that the trailer would be $60 if I brought it back to where I got it. Instead I was told I could take it to a hand full of locations closer to my house. And I paid $305 dollars to use a trailer for less than 12 hours. Never using U-Haul again.

I left my water bottle in the truck I rented and they went above and beyond to get it back to me. 10/10 great experience

Hitch installation was flawless. The crew at U-Haul were great.. friendly and professional.

The price of the hitch, with installation, was terrific. It was better than anywhere else in the area. Everything done was too-notch.
