Great customer service! The pickup truck that I had reserved had not been returned by the previous customer in 2 days. They were absolutely wonderful and gave me a 10-foot U-Haul truck for the same price and were very apologetic. They made sure that I was taking care of and I was under a lot of stress and pressure so it was much appreciated. They made my life a little easier. I will absolutely use them again.

Both gentleman I dealt with at the counter were impatient and rude. When I returned the truck, I got yelled at the the return was in a different location, and there is a sign. A black sign, on a black pole, that isn't very noticeable. Highly not recommended.

The workers were nice, but do NOT get a hitch installed unless you want to pay $1000 for the installation/repairs to fix what they messed up??‍♀️

Been there 2 times to get propane filled and no certified person on site. If going to offer this service get your employees certified!!!
