Hardly anyone at the counter and good luck trying to get them to answer the phone. I literally called 47 times before just showing up and being told I should have called first and turned away.

Demetrius was the man! He went out of his way to help fix my trailer lights. He was professional and courteous the entire time. When I returned my trailer, it was just after closing time, and Demetrius saw me pull in, stopped what he was doing, and closed my rental for me. Demetrius is the goat!! Give this man a raise.

Rented a 6x12 trailer to move a couple of couches around town. Easy pick up, trailer towed well, late night drop off was without an issue, received my final bill first thing in the morning and it was accurate. Would happily rent it again, and nice to use an enclosed trailer in the snow/rain.

Make sure you take pictures cause they will scam you off some money and hang up
