U-Haul Moving & Storage of Kankakee

I have always had easy and smooth rentals with Uhaul in the past. Unfortunately our most recent rental, was quite the opposite of smooth and easy. We were having issues with another Uhaul location and Uhaul corporate with our Uhaul box arriving late and to the wrong location with lots of other miscommunication. Dana, the manager, was very helpful with our drop off at the Kankakee location, and ensuring that I was able to get refunded for our box arriving 7 days late. If you have any issues, she will make sure that they get resolved. Thanks Dana!

I am PISSED they didn't say anything about gas. Truck cost $40 to fill they charged us $80 just called to speak to someone and he was immediately a dick. Now we can't get formula for our baby. Emailed me an UNSIGNED contract that was never given to us at drop off

I rented a truck on September 22nd The assistant manager never told me to check in when I took the vehicle back so I called back today was hung up by a worker and assistant manager wanted give me the name of the guy that hung up on me so I was charged double because the system manager never told me about checking in he told me to just drop the key off

The store manager Dana is very rude and charge you for extra days you did not have
