Honestly these guys are amazing. have brought two vehicles, one work vehicle and our personal SUV, here for a hitch installation and both times I’ve been taken back by their service, quality, and timeliness. Both times I dropped the vehicle off the night before and by 7:30/8 am the next morning the car is done.
This second time I let them know that we are leaving for Florida on Friday and that my appt was scheduled for thursday 8am-x. They let me know that I had nothing to worry about and sure enough I get a call at 745 in the morning that it was complete.
Super friendly and professional.

It’s nice to have these easily accessible. A little pricey at times, but if you want it, you’ll get it. I had a pleasant experience with the man that took care of us and the manager, Dana. Just be sure to fill the gas where it should be, and be aware of the late fee if you bring the truck back after close. That’s so nice you can do that, all in all. Thanks, U-Haul!! I got my couch!!
