U-Haul Moving & Storage of Kankakee

Amazing staff!! They go above and beyond for the customer!! I have rented trucks from here every time I’ve had to move something that either wouldn’t fit in a regular pick up or if the weather was bad. I have also had 2 storage units. I highly recommend!!

Rented a uhaul off this place and when I dropped it off they said I was good to go, well next time I tried to rent I was denied because these guys charged me extra and FAILED TO NOTIFY ME. MESSED MY ENTIRE MOVE AND CREW I HAD LINED UP BECAUSE I HAD TO SIT ON THE PHONE WITH UHAUL CORPORATE ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR GETTING IT SORTED OUT…..FIGURE IT OUT AND DO YOUR JOBS

Have my belongings in there & I'm always amazed bc they keep changing for the better to make sure that way you store in their facility is safe & sound ????
