This store has changed for the better over the past few years. Amanda is so helpful and pleasant compared to the last Manager who was Rude and belligerent to the point where I didn't rent trucks there anymore. Such a pleasure to do business there now.

Was upset went to return trailer couldn’t pull up in the return lane it was blocked by another trailer so I pulled around to the side where they keep the trailers walked around the building and went in the store no one to be found in the store I went outside where a young man was cleaning a truck he said I think he is out there already so I walk around the building again no one to be found so I walk back around the building and go in still no one to be found I go back out and ask the young man he says I don’t know where he is he goes in and hollers then a guy hollers from the back room I am here just dealing with a storage customer so the young man says hold on let me finish putting air in the.truck tires then I will help you by this time I am pissed I have a bad knee and it’s throbbing from walking around the building twice I just want to return the frigging trailer took a little over a half hour just to return it then have to stand there while he scrutinized the trailer not happy at all

Will try to scam you at every opportunity. The dolly tag was already cut without paying for so that was $7 down the drain. Then they tried to charge $120 for damages because they said the Uhaul was not returned despite dropping off the keys/vehicle in person.
