Horrible customer service, not understanding at all. In the end refused to help. All the workers are pretty sketchy here. Would strongly not recommend coming here.

Totally unprofessional! Nothing but attitude. Ya know, that short, fat, immature, man boy tough guy complex. With the goddy pewter pirates of Caribbean earing and all.
Clearly after reading the Steven King novel of negative reviews uhaul as a company really don't care..
I wont use this company anywhere now and I'll advise everyone I know not to bother either since uhaul likes to KEEP rotten representatives that hate their job .

Uhaul of Keene is a joke. I will go to Penske. I should have looked at the past reviews. The person that checked me in was great, helpful, even joking around. The 'person' that we returned the uhaul to was rude and had a tone about everything. You can tell he hates his job and customers. All set!!

Truck was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Only. thing we did not like was the dolly mounted in the back wqas in the way so we moved it and were charged for using it . Next time we are going to have them remove it before we take the truck.
