Horrible service. I went to pay on my unit, which account was not in the rears, an they threw all my belongings out. My parents wedding rings, my father's hero award, things I can never get back. My stuff was supposed to be safe there. NOT AND ALL THE mgr. Said was I don't know what to tell you mam, it's been thrown out and I don't know where it is. They had no business throwing my items away. And mgr. On site and corporate was just done right disrespectful and rude about it. Like I was bothering them. After he told me my stuff was gone and I was not able to recover it anywhere he looked at me and said with a smile on his face,, ANYTHING ELSE I CAN HELP YOU WITH. I'm so hurt I am not letting this go. Not walking on me anymore people. I lost more then possession, they were memories and sentimental things that were to be handed down to my grandkids, a hurt that won't go away. Hope y'all are happy

When i think uhaul kenai i think fraud and how they cant train employees to use a card machine to charge a card on file and cost the customer late fees not once but 6 times as i left it on file so if you want to be ripped off go to kenai uhaul
