Sean / Shawn is an absolute miserable employee/ manager/ owner that hates his job or his business. He constantly cancels customers reservations because he’s too lazy to do any actual work.

Thoroughly disappointed. My daughter was misquoted a price for her 10 foot rental vehicle. She scheduled the vehicle for 24 hours. We received it with 1/2 tank of gas. Returned it clean with almost a full tank and 14 hours of use. We rented a larger vehicle in Biloxi for less. I am disappointed because her small family of 5 is on a tight budget, and they needed this vehicle to move their things.
Her husband was at work, and she had to take care of this for them.

I'm just trying to understand how the 10-foot rental cost us more than the 26-foot last time?.

Deanna went above and beyond!!! I never write reviews, but she has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! She is so so sweet and helpful and her brother was nice too!!
