This rental location is the model that all U-Haul's should follow. Clean equipment, happy attendants, and a seamless pickup and return process. You can't ask for anything more.

My unit got flooded from their air conditioner freezing up and nobody notified me. I found it myself luckily. Do not rent from here. They do not care about their customers or your things. It took 2 days for me to talk to hear from the manager. I was offered a claims phone number and that’s it. The security at the front has been broken for months.

The folks at U-Haul took great care of me and assisted me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend.
