The computer system was slow and crashed a few times so I would recommend using the app to check in and pay. Your phone would be faster. Besides that the stall and service technician who installed my hitch and U-Haul staff were professional and kind.

De’Ann was an angel! She helped me get the truck I needed and gave more than perfect service. If she’s not a manager she needs to be one. She was multitasking and able to help multiple people at once. Thank you so much!

We had a great experience when we used them two weeks ago so we decided to give it another try. Today was a nightmare. The woman working the counter was less than pleasant. She was complaining that she sent a text for us to download a license and when I checked my phone there was nothing on it. I told her so and she argued that she sent it, saw her push some buttons and what do you know the text came through. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. You have a 50/50 shot of getting someone who is pleasant. May the odds be in your favor
