This location has been nothing but great to me, everyone very nice helpful and knowledgeable. Greatly thankful for Melissa who handles the U-Box. She made sure my U-Box would be ready after I had messed up the reservation, and then she even went above and beyond to coach me through how to get everything into my U-Box so I didn't have to get rid of anything. She is truly amazing and helped ease some of my stress of moving by myself. Words can't describe how thankful I am for her help.

The gentleman that worked that evening was above and beyond amazing! Very nice explained details to the rental and return process and even played with my 2 year old. After packing and moving and needing a rental at the end; those guys were awesome to speak to! Thank you for great hospitality and a Merry Christmas to you all..

Today was an horrible experience with uhaul. We reserved a tow dolly for today upon arrival my husband went in to get the process started. He was racially profiled instantly and it's sad because we are all the same regardless of the color of our skin. Every race has someone who breaks the law but at the end of the day God created us the same meaning we bleed the same color. He has to sit back and watch other races that are not Black come in and not have to provide references to rent equipment and then he was told that if he paid with a debit or credit card he wouldn't have to pay a deposit. Then he was told the system isn't recognizing his card as a credit card so he needed to pay a deposit as well. If our niece was not in a situation to needing her car towed today we would've went elsewhere. I can assure this is the last time we will use this location and possibly never use uhaul again when there is so many other companies that don't send you through unnecessary hoops. I get it that people have stolen equipment but this has nothing to do with us. This customer service sucks here but Jeff is awesome and has the best customer service skills. He realizes the difference between treating people with respect.
