Thompson S did poor thing to me today didn't serve me first today. I was in for propane and the lady with gentleman beside me. Their tank got fill first before me and then this not the way it goes.

This particular location is awful. Units are not clean or well maintained and extremely overpriced in comparison to others in the area. Shelby (manager) is very rude and impossible to work with, and refuses to honor or look into reimbursements promised by U-Haul (that were promised due to her location /inaccessible storage unit).
Highly recommend using other locations for truck rentals and storage elsewhere altogether! The gentleman at the counter has been very pleasant but that's the only positive I can name.
