Lady that works here is very rude, we dropped 2 trucks off here and she was horrible both times. Bad customer service, sat and waited forever for help, no communication, and when we asked her a question, first she ignored us and then she said 'I'm busy!' Would never go back to this location as long as she works there.

Shelby did not tell us that when you change a reservation from a two-way trip to a one-way trip, your reservation basically becomes pointless. You are not guaranteed equipment on pick-up date. Pick up location changed at the last minute to another location. What’s the purpose of a reservation then? Also, she was so rude and condescending about the text informing us to go to a different location. Using a “too bad” customer service mentality when we are spending $400 is very disappointing!!
