Very efficient. The van I rented had damage that they were unaware of and they quickly upgraded me at no cost and got me out the door.

I'm only giving this location a 4 because we didn't end up renting a truck with them. My husband rode his bike to the location, about 20 min, and arrived fairly late on a Sunday afternoon with only about 45 min till close. He was at the end of the truck rental process when he was told he wouldn't be able to rent the truck due to a small fee that we owed. Which was fine but still quite frustrating as we didn't have transportation and he would surely get back home long after any other truck rental location would close. I was able to secure a ride for my husband from that location and the manager was gracious enough to allow my husband to keep his bike secured inside of the storage facility gates until we could retrieve it which ended up being about 15 min after what was supposed to be closing hours. The manager that day was SUPER. We have since remedied the fee we owed and it next truck rental WILL be at this location.
