U-Haul Moving & Storage of Lake Forest

My belongings (parking pass) were given away after I called to ensure with a worker they would keep my belongings in an envelope with my name on it they gave it off to another person ! They claimed the other person left “A” parking pass too and decided to give them mine without asking questions they need to be organized and make sure they give the correct info to people they gave it off to the incorrect person and tell me it’s not our responsibility this happens to people it’s a parking pass not a lost jacket so they must be organized and not lie to clients I called for assistance with the issue encountered Nontrust worthy Unprofessional manager named Eddie who loves to hang up on clients and decides to pick and choose who he helps horrible attitude with no professionalism at all has other workers speak and work for him because he cannot do anything for himself horrible communication and horrible work ethic for a manager I called to resolve issue workers would hang up on me and laugh at my dilemma Horrible customer service and horrible management theses people should find another line of work and get out customers service with that poor disgusting attitude I hope this happens to no one else !

Staff were great to deal with, kind, nice, in and out zero stress!!

Jesus was the man, helped me out with trailer research and assisted with the mounting of it on the car. great guy.

Everything was very easy to book, pick up, and return. I wouldn’t change anything. Great experience.
