I unexpectedly needed to rent a cargo van for a few hours to move a bed by a pre-arranged time. I was in a big hurry. I reserved the van as I drove to the location. Garry checked me out quickly and got me on the road in a matter of minutes. I returned less than an hour later to return the equipment. I pulled in my driveway and noticed I had left my phone in the van. It was after hours! The location had closed. I called and they answered the phone after hours. Gloria graciously returned my phone on her way home. I really have to give a shout out to both Garry and Gloria for excellent customer service!!!
