I think his name was Mr. Mike was absolutely phenomenal. He cleaned the truck before I left and helped me check in on the app.. Super helpful, the facility is always clean and organized and the person inside was very quick and efficient

This is a follow up. I filed a dispute the next day, and a week later I had heard nothing. I phone UH CS to inquire. I was told the manager had determined the mileage was correct, but suggested connecting me with manager. She stuck to her guns that the mileage was correct and I was wrong, I hung up in her face because of her attitude. I called UH CS back and Steven, in a matter of minutes, found that mileage was inaccurate. It seems that the previous renter on 7/1 had incorrectly inputted the return mileage on a after hours drop. This center did not (A) check mileage on that return, (B)check milage before my rental, and (C) had 3 opportunities to check and rectify this situation. But, no, the deemed that they couldn't be wrong! They were WRONG! They showed they don't deserve my nor your business, and there are more reputable UH agencies out there, but these unprofessional individuals are not the answer to your moving needs. In finishing...remember...take photos, so you can check them at the desk.
