U-Haul Moving & Storage of Lake Wylie

These people are crooked. Made the mistake of not photographing odometer.
While waiting to leave it read 3578. They had it on paperwork as 3551. We put roughly 36 miles (14 miles each way plus 6 miles for pickup, return gas -QT lake wylie to crowders creek x 2) final odometer 3614. The math doesn't add up, these people will never see another nickel from us. If I could give 0 stars I would. There are some honest u haul places, try to find one, but not this one, plus photo that odometer, cause they might be crooked like this one.

Customer Service was outstanding. The gentleman who I believe was manager was extremely busy. Taking care of customers but so friendly, fast and efficient. The lovely staff member was equally nice. She offered us water while we waited. I hope corporate management of UHaul knows what great ambassadors of the brand this team is! The office was modern, clean and well laid out. Prices very reasonable for Misc packing items. The truck we rented was clean. Upon return, we were checked out quickly and on our way without any problems. Thank you, UHaul !
