This uhaul refused to deliver the pods I rented to my apartment, they just changed the order to a pickup WITHOUT telling me! I dealt with back and forth calls for 3 days before finding out they damaged my building in the past and are afraid to deliver again. Truly made my move awful. I guess I'd advice calling their delivery scheduling department and making sure they will deliver to your address.

Everything was wonderful except for the incredible Rude woman who helped me! I’ve done customer service my whole working life and I can tell you she has no business being in customer service!

Called up to have a hitch installed on our SUV. I was told the parts had to be ordered and he would call when they came in. I called a week later to find out the status of the parts & was told they hadn't arrived yet and he would let me know when they got them so we could get them installed by the end of the week-which would of been this past Saturday. It is now going on 3 weeks & still no parts. Always had good service & experience with U-haul but will now go elsewhere. (Please don't call or respond to remedy the problem. If I have to negotiate for good service then I don't think it's the place I want to bring my business to)
