U-Haul Moving & Storage of Lakeville

Easy pick up and drop off, friendly staff... But very old trailers and lots of extra fees and upsells, downsells, cross sells, etc ?

Ended up paying considerably more than quoted online for a trailer that was pretty nasty. (Decals peeling off, corroded, etc)

Great place rent equipment!

Nice big facility with great staff. I needed to get some stuff out of my U Boxes and they quickly made them available.

Uhaul in Lakeville is awesome! I ran into so many issues when I booked uhaul through the 1-800 line. The first gal booked the trucked for the wrong day, thank goodness i called to confirm the reservation. The initial place we were suppose to pick up the truck was booked so I called to see if we can pick up at lakeville. The truck was fortunately available…. So we go to lakeville to pick up the truck to find out the 2nd girl on the phone told me the WRONG quote. It was a whole thing but the manager/owner of lakeville Uhaul went above and beyond along with the sales assistant at the front desk. They were so accommodating and thoughtful. It sucks that they have to deal with the issues from the call center. They made my day and made my move a much easier process. Thank you guys!

Wow is all I can say. I’m a woman and have no experience with UHaul or needing a trailer. Not only did I probably speak to everyone working the past two hours on the phone before I came in, and every single one was super patient, but also just nice AND knowledgeable. I feel like it’s sad but it’s kinda rare to see nowadays!
Before I even walked in I was greeted by, (I asked for his name but already don’t remember- Vernon? Sorry super helpful guy!) who offered me hot coffee and donuts from inside. Even with all the calls, I still hadn’t decided and walked in and out twice. Vernon (or man whose name I forgot, sorry again! He knows who he is!) was outside and sealed the deal letting me know that size was good for what I needed.

In the end, they got my business by their professional attitude and availability to go through options with me. I’ll definitely be coming here again and using this location for all my weird travel needs. Thanks guys!
