“Terrible customer service! I tried calling multiple times to rent a vehicle, but they never answer. Every time, they just pick up, put me on hold, and never return. I even called from outside their location to test it, and the same thing happened. Completely unprofessional—don’t waste your time here!”

I had a terrible experience with this U-Haul location. The truck I rented wasn’t even close to having a full tank of gas, but I still got charged extra for fuel after returning it—even though I put gas in the truck myself. This is unfair and feels like a scam. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Avoid this place if you don’t want to get overcharged!

Fast rental process. Agnes was really nice and drop off was easy. Will definitely go back.
